Award-winning Chef Rachel Miller, known for her inventive French and Vietnamese style
dishes, is offering a five-course tasting menu on Wednesdays only for $50 per person. Tasting menus can
be blind or guests have the option of making a few selections. With guests’ preferences in mind, Chef
Rachel Miller creates course after course to specifically satisfy diners’ palettes, often providing the
opportunity for guests to try foods and flavor combinations that are new and exciting.
While each tasting is customized, sample courses include exotic Percebes (Gooseneck Barnacles)
sourced from Portugal, Brown Butter & Tamarind Pork, and Live Sea Urchins filled with glass noodles &
tomato water nuoc cham. Homemade egg noodles are made using stone-milled fresh flour from across-
the-street-neighbor, One Mighty Mill. The flour arrives still warm from the mill and provides a nutty-
flavor and firm texture to hold Chef Miller’s Vietnamese-inspired sauces and spices, most of which are
sourced locally from Curio Spice Co.
The a la carte menu as well as all other tasting menus options, 7, 9, 12 and 14 will still be available on
